Used, Audi R8 5.2 FSI Quattro S-Tronic PLUS. With the Burnt orange paint finish it is one of only two in the country. A real head turner, the R8 Plus is a step up from the standard R8 V10. The 5.2-litre V10 is cranked up to 542bhp from 518 bhp, has ceramic brakes, bucket seats and carbonfibre parts (like the front spoiler, rear diffuser and sideblades) trim away 50kg, and Plus-specific suspension means revised spring and damper rates. It is only 10 bhp down on the R8 GT but a hell of a lot cheaper. With the S-Tronic gearbox (An upgrade from the clunky R-Tronic) it is on par for both smoothness and speed with the twin-clutch units in the Ferrari 458 and McLaren 12C, and way ahead of the Mercedes SLS.
