Used, The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, or Evo for short is a sporty sedan that was based on the Lancer family car. It was produced between 1992 and 2016 with 10 versions throughout the years. All of them used a two litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine and had 4-wheel drive. The Evo 9 MR was quite a different animal compared to a regular Evo 9. The car was upgraded with things like Bilstein shocks a rooftop vortex generator, BBS forged wheels, HID xenon headlights, fog lights, accessory gauge package, “zero lift” kit, special badging, an aluminium roof and perhaps most importantly a 6-speed manual transmission as opposed to the 5 speed in the regular car. All models still had Recaro bucket seats, Brembo brakes and Momo steering wheels as standard. This specific car is a 2006 Evo 9 MR edition with 58 000 km on from new. The car is totally standard with the exception of the stainless steel exhaust and android radio. The 270 kw turbo charged 4-cylinder engine thrusts this car from 0 to 100 in 4.5 seconds and goes on to a top speed of 258 km/h.
