Awards in the Car World by Top Gear

Top Gear has announced a list of awards to the world with “Ford Fiesta ST” winning the Car of the Year award. Not only car of the year but there were many other awards given away by the Top Gear:

1) The Car of the Year and Hot Hatch of the Year award as we know is won by the “Ford Fiesta ST.”

2) The Hypercar of the Year award along with the Jeremy Clarkson’s of the Year award was given away to “McLaren P1”

3) “Ferrari 458 Speciale” won the Super Car of the Year and James May’s Car of the year and

4) The “Porsche 911 GT3” was successful in getting the Richard Hammond’s Car of the Year award as well as “Porsche” also won the Manufacturer of the Year.

5) Beautiful “Jaguar F-Type” got the award of best Convertible Car of the year.

6) "Honda Mean Mower" got the Thing of the Year award.

7) “Citroen C4 Picasso” got the Family Car of the Year award.

8) Mercedes lover’s don’t be the sad as it is also in the award list by winning the “Lairy Car of the Year” and also the “Luxurious Car of the Year.”

9) Sounding little funny the Not The Muscle Car of the Year award is won by “Corvette Stingray.”

10) Of Course the most Splendid Car of the Year goes to the “Rolls Royce Wraith”.

11) “Hyundai i10” got the Bargain of the Year award.

12) “Peugeot 208 T16” won the Racecar of the Rear award.  

13) “BMW i3” grabbed the Green Car of the Year award.

14) Range Rover Sport won the SUV of the Year award.

15) And at last the Innovation of the Year award was given away to Volkswagen XL-1.

Ford Fiesta is “The car of the Year 2013” totally deserves the award. It is undoubtedly the most gratifying and an exciting car that puts smile on every face. And therefore it also won “Hot Hatch of the Year Title” by the Top Gear Magazine.

The Fascinating feature with the Ford is that it is relatively cheaper and at such a cost it provides maximum things that a hot hatch must and has made up with the things in a smarter way. However you may also find few things missing when compared to other hatch. But other features include 134kW generated power which is rather attracting one.

Like McLaren’s, the framework of the car are beautifully designed and well engineered which allows the car to perform in a better way.
