The F-Type from Jaguar is again in spotlight as the company has released the production image of the car. The coupe has already made its debut at the recent Los Angeles Motor Show and then immediately at the Tokyo Motor Show.

The F-Type roadster launched at Paris Motor Show 2012 provides three engine options, two V6s and a V8. The two V6 engines delivers 340PS and 380PS while the third one supercharged V8 engine delivers 488PS. The F-Type Coupe is based on the C-X16 concept which is already revealed at the 2011 Frankfurt Show.

According to the photo released by the British based automaker clearly reveals the rear quarter panel of the car and also the rear side window, the side mirror and the glass roof.

It is expected to have the same engine as in the Roadster i.e. 3.0 liter V6 which produces 340 HP or 250 kW. The supercharged 3.0 liter V6 along with its 380 HP or the 5.0 liter supercharged V8 generates 495 HP or 364 kW.

There are also rumors that F-Type might also receive a new entry level four cylinder engine too. F-Type will definitely challenge the Porsche Cayman. But you will come to know the exact spec details only at the debut. The future models are anticipated to be seen an all-wheel version supplementary with hybrid powertrain coupled to the V6 engine as seen on the C-X16 concept.
