Maserati completing its glorious hundred years and creating a history. As a part of this celebration the brand has disclosed its new logo.
Maserati was originally found in Bologon, Italy on 1 December 1914 and started its machines from 14 December 1914. The Maserati brother’s Alfieri, Ettore and Ernesto were the core of the company and handled the firm very well by building the cars which won races. The technical and commercial issues were all handled by them as at one time they all sat behind the steering.
All were involved in the automobile right from the beginning and were always interested in the mechanics of speed.
Alfieri died in 1932 and a fourth sibling Bindo joined the company. While the fifth brother Mario designed the brands emblem, based on the Fontana del Nettuno, Bologna.
Maserati joined the line-up by producing its first racing car Tipo 26. Maserati built its first passenger car in 1947, and in 1963 unveiled its first generation Quattroporte.
