Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S Cabriolet models for Los Angeles Motor Show

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the 911 Turbo, Porsche is going to present two Cabriolet versions of its Porsche’s 911 family. The pair of 911 Cabriolet models are going to be presented for the general public at the Los Angeles Auto Show on November 20. According to Porsche, compared to the prior models, the new cars will be more powerful, accelerate quitter and up to the 15 percent more efficient.
 
Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S Cabriolet 

The attractive feature of the Cabriolet is the folding fabric roof which is made from lightweight magnesium frame and that can be opened or closed in approx 13 seconds with speeds of 48 km/h. 

The interior of both models are available in Black and Carrera Red color. Backrest covers of adaptive Sport Seats are leather trimmed with dual stitched seams moreover, numerous components of the cars are made of lightweight carbon fiber. Camera-based road sign and speed limit recognition function etc. are optional features. The Bose sound system is installed as standard, and a Burmester sound system is also an option in Cabriolets.
 
Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S Cabriolet 

The Porsche 911 Cabriolets use 3.8 litre 6-cylinder engine in which the standard Turbo model produces output of 386kW and the Turbo S model produces output of 412kW. The power is given to all wheels via seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission. 

The Porsche 911 Cabriolets can be accelerated from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.5 and 3.2 seconds respectively and the top speed should be approximately 317Km/h. Co2 emission is approx 231g/km and the average fuel consumption is approx 9.9litres/100km for both the models.
