The last Sentra was seen in 2005. This 13th-generation Sentra will battle against the C-segment cars like the Toyota Corolla and Volkswagen Jetta.

The Nissan Sentra uses naturally aspirated 1.6 litre 4-cylinder engine which produces 85kW at of power at 5600 RPM and 154Nm of torque at 4000 RPM. The power is given via five-speed manual gearbox or smart auto CVT. CO2 emissions are 156 g/km for manual model and 149 g/km for CVT automatic model. Fuel consumptions of manual and CVT automatic versions are 6.6 litres and 6.2 litres per 100Km respectively.
