The car companies are set to rock the South African shores this year. South Africans will be gifted with the blend of many types of cars. Following are the car launches for 2014:

1) Alfa Romeo 4C:
The stylish italian model is expected to make the brand more desirable and famous especially in US. But we can say that 4C is the most prettiest small sportscar on sale with 1.7 litre turbo engine.
2) Audi RS 7:
RS7 one of the most powerful saloons from Audi consisting of 4.0 litre twin turbocharged V8 engine. It is going to be a total rocking car.
3) BMW M3 and M4:
The launching can be interpreted as the release of the popular high performance sports car from the German automaker. M3 will be a Sedan while the M4 will be a Coupe variant.
4) BMW 2-series:
The coupe version of 1 series is the BMW 2-series along with the availability in both the variant i.e. the petrol and the diesel. You will also have a look at the BMW M performance Power Kit in the 2 series.
5) BMW i3/ BMW i8:
BMW variants i3 and i8 would be the zero emission vehicles in South Africa in the near future. The i3 is a small routine car, while the i8 will be seen offering green performance motoring.
6) Chevrolet Sonic RS:
This little car is featured with a turbocharged engine as well as go-faster visual enhances like bigger alloys and sophisticated bodykit.
7) Ford’s Fusion:
This mids sedan from Ford will make its way to South Africa and will also collaborate with the American company in their plan to launch at least 17 new models in 2014.
8) GWM M4/ GWM C50:
“The Great Wall Motors” the chinese automaker is also all set to rock the grounds this year. It had already unveiled its few models at the Joburg International Motor Show.
9) GWM M4 /GWM C50:
Chinese manufacturer Great Wall Motors also intends to hit the ground running in 2014. The company had already unveiled its few new models back in 2013 Joburg Motor Show.
10) Honda Jazz:
Most popular next generation city car from Honda, Honda Jazz will run on SA roads this year.
11) Hyundai i10:
Already has received great response on the international levels. Hope so it will do the same on the South African land….
12) Hyundai Genesis:
Hyundai has confirmed the launch of its Genesis sedan in South africa in the second half of 2014.
13) Hyundai Veloster Turbo:
More powered turbocharged Hyundai Veloster is all set to be launched in South Africa. It was already seen in the past in the Joburg Motor Show.
14) Jaguar F-Type Coupe:
This hard coupe version is been seen as a sure success for the Jaguar and was already debuted at the Los Angeles Motor Show. It is beauty with performance car.
15) Lexus RC:
This attractive Lexus coupe will be landing on the SA shores this year. Having both, the Hybrid and the petrol engine, there is a possibility of V8 powered hot version.
16) Mazda3:
The hatchback has always remained a driver rewarding car. With segment leading fuel efficiency and a modified interior this model has to be good.
17) Merc Benz C-Class:
Already debuted across overseas, it will be launched locally in 2014. The production will be done in the Merc’s East London factory.
18) Merc-Benz GLA:
This stylish SUV will be produced locally. The company has already started the booking of this car at just R400 000.
19) MG3:
This small city car will make its local debut and will prove a good competitor of the local favourites like Volkswagen Polo and Toyota Yaris.
20) Mini:
Mini will be released in only fewer countries and South Africa is one of them. It will have more funky looks than before.
21) Nissan Qashqai:
With with better attractive package, fuel-efficient engines and better interiors, the new Qashqai will appear bigger than the previous one. It will make its way this year.
22) Peugeot RCZ/ Peugeot 2008:
This year Peugeot will show off its performance versions of it RCZ coupe called RCZ R. While the 2008 model is a rather attractive crossover.
23) Porsche Macan:
It can be considered as a baby SUV and will prove a good rival of BMW X3 and Audi X5. Macan will be available in three different versions.
24) Renault Clio RS:
It was going to be launched at the end of 2013 but delayed. Now will be launched this year featuring 1.6 turbocharged engine along with a twin clutch gearbox.
25) Subaru WRX:
It will be launched this year and will be followed by its STI version a little later.
26) Suzuki SX4:
SX4 a real crossover from Suzuki. Hope it will prove as a good model.
27) Toyota Corolla:
It will go on sale early in 2014. Much expectations are there from this iconic car.
28) VW Golf R:
This powerful version from Volkswagen will hit the SA shores early in 2014. It is strongly expected to be a quick car as it will deliver 221 kW of power and 380 Nm of torque.
